My name is Jim Lewis, KG8YN.  I've been an electronic technician for over 30 years, and a ham for over ten.   I'm probably more comfortable with a soldering iron than a microphone, entering this hobby from a love of electronics, rather than a desire to talk on the radio.  I never owned a CB.
